maisfeekaHey all, just wanted to let you know that after over a month of studying and panicking and then a whole loooong day of testing and freaking out and then another month of worrying over the results, I finally got the results back from my two Praxis 2 Exams.
The English one, which I wasn't really worried about, I got 197 out of 200 (I needed a 164 to pass) and in addition I received an ETS Certificate of Excellence for the high quality of my work. Yippee!
The Math one, which I was terrified about and have been so stressed and freaked out about...? Well, I needed a 151 to pass and I got.... Ta da! A 172!!!!
I've been waiting all week for the results to come in - since they said as early as Monday. I got the certificate of Excellence in the mail yesterday, so I was *fairly* certain (lots of amused sarcasm)that I'd passed the English. I opened my mailbox after work today and saw the envelope and decided I had to open it in my car - no waiting till I got to my house or anything. I opened it, nervously, scanned down to the scores, yelled "YES!!!" and promptly burst into tears with the huge relief from stress.
So, thanks to all of you for your support, listening ears as I was panicking, and all the thoughts, prayers and good wishes you've sent me. They are much appreciated and, seriously, probably the main reason I passed the blessed math test.
