A) People who have been tagged must write their answers on their blogs and replace any question that they dislike with a new question formulated by themselves.

1. What are your reasons for having a LJ?
I was originally on Diary-X and some of my friends started switching over to LJ so eventually I did as well.
2. What do you do before bedtime?
Give my cat her treats, collect my book and my bedside drink (usually flavored water or no-cal iced tea), head upstairs, give my cat fresh water and food, curl into bed to read for a little while, then turn out the light and crash.
3. What will your dream wedding be like?
Very small, very private. I have negotiated with my mother to give her a minimum of 20 minutes plus travel time warning of when it will be. If it were ever to happen, that might seriously be all the warning my family would get. If they want to do a party thing after that's fine, but I want my wedding to be drama-free.
4. What is the city of your dreams and why?
I don't have one. I did love Galway, though.
5. Are you an introvert or extrovert?
Definite introvert. I am so excruciatingly shy that it's painful.
6. Who was the last person to send you an email, and what was it about?
My friend Mags and I were emailing back and forth about this semi-famous acting teacher she had who was/is a complete fraud and evil. She hits her students with a stick? WTF? (Though Mags said she didn't have a stick when she studied with her.)
7. Do you trust easily?
No. I give people the benefit of the doubt at first, though even then I am slow to trust them with anything 'real'. And, though the people involved may never know it, once you've lost my trust or hurt me I never forget. Forgive, sure, but I don't forget. Odds are fair that I wouldn't tell the person/people that they've lost my trust, I just slip them into another category and go on about my way. No need to deal with the drama of their protesting or trying to turn it back on me. Plus, there is that evil part of me that enjoys giving people plenty of room to hang themselves with.
I do also on occasion ask people not to share things that I tell them, even if I don't particularly care who knows. When suddenly other people know those things, I know who shared the information. It happens a lot more than I'd like. On the other hand, if I don't hear it back I'm likely to share more.
Um... can you tell I've been burned really badly in the past?
8. If the person you secretly like is already attached, what would you do?
They're totally off-limits. Which can be hard, but... such is life.
9. Is there anything that has made you unhappy these days?
Quite a bit, though happily my birthday days were very nice.
10. What is your best quality?
I listen well. I'm very patient and pretty non-judgemental.
11. If you could eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Rice
12. Where are you in 5 years?
Probably right where I am now.
13. Do you have any weird talents?
Animals - and sometimes people - who don't trust anyone else seem to feel safe with me. Or, along Jen's line, but for entirely different purposes... I can undress, wash, and redress someone in under 10 minutes. Yay, being a nurse's aide in an incredibly busy and understaffed nursing home!
14. What kind of person do you think the person who tagged you is?

15. Would you rather be single and rich or married but poor?
If I was happily married with a person I truly loved? I'd rather be married and poor.
16. Name a food that you absolutely hate.
Asparagus. But there are lots.
17. What's better, to give or to receive?
A good balance of both.
18. Do you have a MySpace and/or Facebook? What do you use it for?
I have neither.
19. When you were a child, what did you dream your life would be? Is it anything close to that now?
I didn't think I'd live past age 21, so, well, no. I've already lived twice as long as I expected.
20. Have you already picked names for your unborn children (if you already have them did you pick out names long before)? If so what are they?
The odds of me ever having kids gets slimmer every year. I would have named any son I had Benjamin after my beloved grandfather.
