Off we go!

Heading out in a bit to face the wilds of the new airport security guidelines on my way to visit my sister in San Diego for a few days. Not sure how much internet access I'll have while I'm gone, but I'll do my best to catch up once I'm back Wednesday!

I'd planned to bring all my stuff as carry-on, but now, not so much. In fact, to make things as easy as possible, I borrowed a cute little mini plastic see-through backpack with red green and yellow seams from my little nieces and that will be the only thing I bring on. It fits four books, a journal, a couple of pens, and a pill strip with my meds very nicely and that's all I really need. And it's cute and will make me smile thinking of where it came from.

Everyone take care and think me a good thought or two as I go to stand in long lines. :)
