So... I've found this amazing prospective tenant. We've emailed a lot and talked on the phone and we like each other and all the financial stuff seems right...

And she's coming tomorrow to meet me and see the house and if all works out well...

*crosses fingers really hard*

Anyway, any and all good thoughts and prayers and wishes or whatever you prefer, would be massively appreciated!
